Interlochen is able to provide some degree of assistance to approximately 25% of its campers.Financial aid is based on three criteria: the financial need of the family, the artistic ability of the student, and the enrollment needs of the Camp. All information provided to us is reviewed very carefully, the ability of the applicant is evaluated and the Camp's needs are assessed before any decisions are made. All applicants are encouraged to seek possible sources of funding within their schools and communities. Please remember that the application fee is required of all applicants regardless of financial assistance needed. Completed application packets (application, app. fee, audition/portfolio materials [if required], and tax forms [if applying for Financial Aid]) will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The applicant pool is competitive and limited space is available; therefore, your early application is recommended for the best chance of enrollment. Priority review for acceptance and financial aid will be given up to February 1. After February 1, applications will be considered on the basis of need and available space.
